Phase Limited

1. All prices quoted are valid for 28 days from the date of the quotation.
2. All prices quoted are exclusive of Value Added Tax at the present rate.
3. Any in-building of the equipment will be subject to a separate quotation.
4. TERMS OF PAYMENT: 50% (inclusive of VAT) down on acceptance and 50% (inclusive of VAT) on delivery to site unless otherwise agreed.
5. Interest is charged at a rate of 10% per calendar month on the outstanding balance starting 14 days after completion.
6. Installation of wiring and equipment assumes uninterrupted access to the site during normal working hours. Any delay caused by trades will be charged at an hourly rate of £80.00 ex. VAT.
7. Supply of equipment is not made on a sale or return basis unless agreed in writing by us.
8. Any equipment that requires to be exchanged by prior arrangement must be complete in packing and instructions, cables and connectors where applicable. If the manufacturer's packing of the item is no longer available exchange cannot be made. There will be a 15% handling charge on any returned items if properly packed and sealed.
9. Warranty and maintenance: All systems supplied by Phase Limited are guaranteed for one year from the date of handover. This guarantee covers free replacement or repair of equipment, which has malfunctioned due to defective materials or workmanship. It is invalidated if the equipment is not handled with reasonable care, operated correctly or modified in any way without the written consent of Phase Limited.
10. This agreement does not cover maintenance or repair to equipment which has been interfered with by personnel not authorised by us. Such authorisation is to be given in writing by Phase.
11. Security of equipment and cables etc, once delivered to site, are then no longer the responsibility of Phase Limited for their safety. We will not be held responsible, financially, should any damage or loss occur.
12. The entire property in the goods delivered remains exclusively in the vendor’s (Phase Ltd) ownership until payment in full of the entire invoiced price including any interest due.
13. Although the company shall endeavour to repair faults as fast as possible the company shall not be held responsible or liable for any consequential loss occasioned by the interruption of service or failure of the equipment to perform from any cause whatsoever.
14. Quotations do not include for any main contractor's discounts, retention fees or commissions.
15. This agreement only includes equipment as indicated in the quotation. Any additional equipment would be subject to a separate quotation.
16. In accordance with the provisions of the Copyright Act 1956, copyright in all drawings and in the work executed from them, will remain the property of Phase Limited unless otherwise agreed.
17. Any installation of equipment not supplied by Phase Limited but is requested by the client for Phase to install said equipment, we will not take any responsibility should the item not work or a fault occurs during the installation of said equipment. No liability, financial or otherwise, for repair or replacement, of the item(s) will be accepted by Phase Limited. Connections of the client's own supplied equipment is at their own risk should any fault develop during the installation.
18. Call out fees in the first year of installation guarantee period: - £120.00 ex. VAT and £80.00 ex. VAT per hour thereafter.
- A. Any component that produces a fault and is primarily the fault of the product and not misuse, parts and labour will be free of charge within the guarantee period but there will be a call out charge to remove and re-install the equipment.
- B. Subject to agreement of our call out charges we will require confirmation in writing.
19. Aerial Systems: If the aerial installation has not been installed by Phase Limited, Phase cannot be held responsible should the system be inadequate in quality or incorrectly installed by others. Phase Limited will charge an hourly rate of £80.00 ex. VAT to liaise with Cable companies or Aerial sub-contractors to ensure that the system works correctly within the parameters of the installation requirements, if required by the client.
20. Once an installation is completed 3 hours of on-site tuition will be offered free of charge. Any further tuition after the initial 3 hours will be charged at £80.00 ex. VAT per hour.
21. Parking & Congestion Charges :Due to the increase of parking and congestion charges within central London, we now have to pass these costs on. These charges will be invoiced as and when required during the contract or at the end of the contract where applicable.
22. EQUIPMENT BOXES AND PACKAGING WILL NOW BE COLLECTED FOR RECYCLING AT A CHARGE. THE STANDARD CHARGE WILL BE APPROXIMATELY £65.00. ALTERNATIVELY, YOU CAN ARRANGE TO DISPOSE OF IT YOURSELF.
